KeepStaffed provides recruiting services specifically designed for senior living communities. Our services include:

• Candidate sourcing and screening for hourly positions
• Job posting creation and optimization
• Multi-channel candidate outreach
• Interview scheduling and coordination
• Candidate follow-up and pipeline management
• Weekly recruiting reports

3. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to our services:

• You agree to pay the applicable monthly fees as quoted
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no long-term commitment
• Volume discounts may apply for multiple communities

4. Trial Period

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial for new customers. During the trial period, you may evaluate our services and cancel without obligation if not satisfied.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your staffing needs and requirements
• Respond promptly to candidate referrals and scheduling requests
• Maintain appropriate access to your applicant tracking system (if applicable)
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent recruiting services, we cannot guarantee:

• A specific number of hires within any given timeframe
• That all candidates will meet your specific requirements
• That candidates will accept job offers or remain employed

Our service includes up to 4 hires per month per community as part of the standard plan.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of KeepStaffed. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepStaffed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Access to our services will cease at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• We will provide a final report of recruiting activities

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website.

11. Governing Law
